Three Ways to Cross in Good Order

Each Ferrywell service is a standalone engagement with a defined scope, a fixed fee, and something to take away at the end. Choose the stage that matches where you are now.

Our Methodology

How Ferrywell Approaches Each Engagement

Every engagement begins with a written description of what will be done, what falls outside the scope, and what the client receives at the close. This is shared before any commitment is made and before any fee is paid.

Work is carried out at the Jalan Padungan office during scheduled appointments. No documents are taken offsite. The digital mirror drive used during file assembly is brought to the office for each appointment and returned to the client at the second meeting.

At the close of every engagement, a written confirmation is sent stating that all scanned copies have been deleted from Ferrywell's systems and that no copies have been retained.

1

Enquiry and Scope Discussion

A brief call or email exchange to identify which service fits the client's situation and to answer questions before booking.

2

Written Scope and Fee Confirmation

A short written summary is sent by email covering exactly what will be done, the fee, and when payment is due.

3

Appointment and Delivery

The work is carried out at the agreed appointment. Materials are prepared and handed over at or before the final session.

4

Close and Deletion Confirmation

A written close-of-engagement note confirms that no copies have been retained and that originals have been returned.

Stage 1

Statement Reading Session

It runs ninety minutes and includes a printed annotated sample statement and a glossary of common terms in plain English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Across All Services

Standards That Apply to Every Engagement

Written Scope Before Any Fee

A scope summary is provided by email before payment is made. It covers what will happen, what will be delivered, and what falls outside the engagement.

PDPA-Compliant Data Handling

Data handling follows the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Documents are stored on encrypted drives in a locked room and deleted at close of engagement.

No Financial or Legal Advice

Ferrywell does not hold any licence to give financial, investment, or legal advice. All work is clerical and educational. Clients are referred to registered practitioners when their need moves beyond this scope.

Bilingual Materials

All client-facing written materials are available in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Sessions may be conducted in either language or a mixture of both.

A Tangible Deliverable at Close

No engagement closes without something in the client's hands. The deliverable is described in the scope summary and produced regardless of how the engagement unfolds.

No Hourly Overruns

Fixed-scope services have fixed prices. Questions asked during an appointment already underway are answered within that appointment at no additional charge.
