Sessions are booked in advance and held at the Jalan Padungan office. There is no walk-in queue and no time pressure. The statement reading session runs for ninety minutes. File assembly appointments are two hours each. If something takes longer than expected, the scope is discussed and agreed before any additional work is carried out.

At the end of the first file assembly appointment, you receive a written gap list naming the years or employers that appear to be missing from your record. This is not an estimate — it is produced from what you have actually brought. The printed glossary produced at the statement reading session covers the most common terms found on EPF and pension statements in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. The Bound Handover Pack
Retainer clients receive a bound pack at the end of six months. It contains the master register, the neutral chronology, a summary of outstanding replies, and the professional directory. No retainer client has ever left Ferrywell without something to hand directly to their next point of contact.
Joint Attendance at Sessions
A family member or trusted companion may attend any session at no extra charge, provided this is mentioned at the time of booking. This is particularly useful when an adult child is helping an older parent understand their statements for the first time.
